Privacy & Legal Terms
Last updated: August 2026
This page covers the privacy policy and terms of service for the All Moments Counseling website. It's meant to be a plain, bare-bones explanation — if you have questions about anything here, feel free to reach out.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you use the Get Connected form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method, along with any optional message. Our web host may also automatically log basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) for security and site-performance purposes. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Information submitted through the Get Connected form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to move forward, to schedule an initial assessment. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except service providers who help us run the website and process form submissions (such as our hosting provider), or where required by law.
This form is not part of your clinical record
Please don't include health history, symptoms, or other clinical details in the contact form — it's only for basic contact information. Once you become a client, your protected health information is maintained separately in our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system (SimplePractice), governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices you'll receive directly as part of onboarding.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
This website links to third-party services (like SimplePractice, Headway, and Psychology Today). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

No professional advice, no therapeutic relationship
The information on this website — including the FAQ page — is for general educational purposes only. It is not therapy, does not constitute clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship with Ali begins only once a formal client engagement is established.
Not for emergencies
This website and its contact form are not monitored continuously and are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others or disrupt the site.

This website and its content are provided "as is," without guarantee of specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rochetto Counseling Services, PLLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
