About your therapist
Hi, I'm Ali.
Welcome! I'm Alexandria Rochetto, MA, LMHC—but everyone calls me Ali. I started All Moments Counseling because I wanted to offer people a space where they could show up exactly as they are, without needing to have it all figured out first. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, unhurried conversation, not a clinical checklist.
Having served as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the Army National Guard and provided care across diverse clinical settings, I understand that real life is complex, messy, and deeply interconnected. My approach blends evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, somatic grounding, mindfulness, and expressive art techniques. I offer warm, trauma-informed care rooted in genuine curiosity about your unique story. I specialize in supporting clients through pivotal hormonal transitions across the female lifespan—including PMDD, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and perimenopause/menopause. I am actively advancing this work through specialized training in female reproductive mental health to offer the highest standard of care.
My work is deeply rooted in studying happiness, positive psychology, and the mind-body connection—looking at how our thoughts, emotions, and nervous systems constantly interact. Within our sessions, we'll explore the stories you hold about your life, helping you reclaim your narrative and uncover more supportive perspectives. While I focus exclusively on individual therapy rather than couples counseling, I love guiding clients as they navigate relational patterns, build self-confidence, set healthy boundaries, and foster a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we'll honor the real weight of what you're walking through while leaving space for joy, resilience, and shared laughter.

Experience
I began my career serving four years as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the Army National Guard. Through my work with individuals and families in community mental health and private group practice, I've built a rich foundation in supporting diverse backgrounds and unique life experiences. I have been licensed in Florida since July 2026.
My approach
I bring together person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness practices, but above all, I tailor our sessions to whatever you need on any given day. It's never a rigid, one-size-fits-all script. I truly believe our therapeutic relationship is the foundation for everything we do. That's why our first few sessions are really just about getting to know each other, making sure you feel comfortable, and seeing if we're a great fit.
Beyond the Office
When I'm not in my therapy chair, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pets! I love re-watching TV shows, reading fiction and non-fiction, and of course spending any extra time I have exploring nature, sitting by the water, or swimming in the ocean.

A personal note
I'm continually learning from my clients about what resilience looks like in everyday life. I don't take for granted the trust it takes to sit across from someone and be honest about where you are. Every client who has let me into that space has taught me something about what it really means to heal.
Curious if we're a good fit?

Get ConnectedTherapy is seriously important — but deep work doesn't have to be seriously scary.
